What kind of candidates can take the "college-upgraded" exam? According to the Education Department, all college graduates who have been included in the national enrollment plan, participated in the national unified enrollment examination for ordinary colleges and universities, accepted by the provincial recruitment office, and graduated from the unified enrollment examination for secondary vocational education and higher vocational education organized by Liaoning Province (including ordinary college students of provincial and municipal TV universities and graduates of two-year pilot majors enrolled in 2005) can be recommended.

After entering the undergraduate course, the admissions school will arrange students admitted to the junior college separately and cannot insert into other undergraduate classes in the original school. After higher vocational graduates enter undergraduate colleges to continue their studies, they shall be managed according to the measures for the administration of student status and certificates in undergraduate colleges.
