How to open the people's congress and the party congress respectively?

1. The Party Congress is held every five years. The main agenda of the meeting is:

(1) To hear and examine the report of the Central Committee;

(2) Hearing and examining the report of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection;

(3) To discuss and decide on major issues of the Party;

(4) Electing the Central Committee;

(5) Electing the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

The people's congress is held once every five years and once a year. The main agenda of the meeting is:

(a) to listen to and consider the government work report

(two) to review and approve the report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for the previous year and the draft of the national economic and social development plan for this year.

(three) to review and approve the report on the implementation of the central and local budgets of the previous year and the draft of the central and local budgets of this year.

(4) Hearing and deliberating the work report of the NPC Standing Committee.

(six) to listen to and consider the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
