1. Summary of weekly inspection issues:

1. Installation of the power distribution room door opposite the property service center, installation of damaged trench covers, and repair of falling tiles. The water pump room needs to be increased in lighting, sanitation and cleaning, and fire extinguishers inspected. The electric well door on the negative 2nd floor of Unit 1 of Building 3 cannot be locked, and the fire door on the negative 1st floor of Building 2 has no handle. Smoke detector covers in all equipment rooms are removed. The lighting on the first floor of Building 5 was not working. Responsible person: Zhang Yongsheng

2. The public notice board in Buildings 1-4 needs to be wiped, the location of the cleaning inspection table needs to be changed, the film on the first and second floor doors must be removed, and the fire door should be cleaned, No. 1-4 There is tape left on the glass in the lobby, cleaning of building units, and large amounts of domestic garbage in the fire escapes behind the front lines. 3. The fire extinguisher in the lobby of Building 5 was not inspected, there were debris in the fire hydrant, and the water hose and gun head were not equipped. There are parking management standards for electric vehicles in the corridor behind the No. 3 elevator in Area B, in front of the elevator on the 1st floor of Zui Ai Ni You, and in front of the Agricultural Bank of China. The security guards failed to guide the vehicles in time, and there were electric vehicles parked in the fire exit behind the front line. The shops next to the steel ladder at the back of Suning have to check whether they are occupied, and the security booths must be kept clean, and the small sun must be turned off when security guards are on duty.
