In fact, this plan is to ban the use of all plastic products at one time, but after the implementation of this plan, consumers have not been told what to replace disposable plastic products or what products to introduce to replace disposable plastic products. In fact, it is very difficult to implement and it is impossible to fundamentally solve the problem.

We can see now that major shopping malls and supermarkets no longer use or sell plastic shopping bags. However, it must be mentioned that among disposable plastic products, disposable plastic shopping bags have the widest application range and the highest frequency of use. This also has a great impact on consumers' daily life. It can be seen that many shopping malls and supermarkets have begun to implement it. For example, in Carrefour South Shopping Mall, notice boards have been placed at the cashier and self-service payment machines to inform consumers that disposable shopping bags will no longer be provided from 202 1 1, and consumers are advised to bring their own shopping bags.

According to the relevant departments, all kinds of plastic shopping bags that can degrade by themselves but cannot degrade belong to? Disposable plastic shopping bag?
