In the later period, it is necessary to strengthen inspections, and all departments should cooperate with each other to curb this kind of robbery.

For the target households in the planning area, the three violations must be handled in accordance with procedures and laws. Through the application of farmers, village audit, planning, on-site investigation of land and urban construction units, it is necessary to collect evidence, measure and take photos of the houses built by the heads of households. Illegal users will be fined for "three violations" of the project, and illegal users will pay the fine according to law within the specified time. For those who fail to pay the fine for a long time, * * * Town will supervise the "three violations" and urge them to pay as soon as possible. Relevant certificates of the transferred target households shall be urged to be handled by relevant departments as soon as possible. Unauthorized users who have not paid the fine shall not start construction and hand it over to the comprehensive administrative law enforcement branch for investigation.

The "three violations" inspections, ledgers and other series of situations are handled by the town's "three violations" office, and relevant departments take photos and collect evidence on the spot according to the workflow, and issue a notice. Law enforcement departments shall, in accordance with normal procedures, fill in inspection logs and punish "three violations" and other work. For the target households currently under construction, corresponding punishment measures must be taken to maintain the original state. For residents who have not been built, it is necessary to stop them in time and instill relevant policies, laws and regulations in time to prevent such phenomena from happening again. For the target households that have been built, the remaining ones have not been fined for "three violations", and we urge the remaining target households to deal with them in time. Secondly, we have talked to the relevant person in charge. Due to illegal construction, the town of * * * will conduct a major investigation and rectification throughout the town, and all illegal construction will be handled according to the normal process.
