The design and construction of safety facilities for dust explosion-related enterprises in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects with the risk of dust explosion shall conform to the relevant national standards or industry standards such as the Safety Regulations for Dust Explosion Prevention, and the relevant contents of dust explosion prevention shall be clearly defined in the design documents and construction scheme of safety facilities. The design unit is responsible for the dust-proof and explosion-proof design of safety facilities, and the construction unit is responsible for the construction quality according to the design. In view of the processes such as crushing, grinding, granulation, sanding, etc., which are easy to generate mechanical fire sources, dust explosion-related enterprises should standardize measures to prevent fire sources such as removing debris or eliminating sparks, and regularly clean and maintain them, and make relevant records. Departments responsible for safety supervision of dust-related explosion enterprises shall, in accordance with the principle of hierarchical territoriality, strengthen supervision and inspection of dust explosion-proof safety work of enterprises, formulate and implement annual supervision and inspection plans, and focus on enterprises with more dust workers and higher explosion risk.
