Baotuquan Park is located in the center of Jinan, between Baotuquan South Road and Luoyuan Street, with Qianfo Mountain in the south, quancheng square in the east and Daming Lake in the north, with an area of 158 mu. Famous writers, philosophers and poets of past dynasties, such as Su Shi, Zhang, Pu Songling, etc. , have excellent works and beautiful prose.

Guanlan Pavilion, which extends into the water on the west side of the spring pool, was built in Tianshun five years in Ming Dynasty. There are stone tables and benches in the pavilion for tourists to rest and enjoy spring. The "Guanlan" on the west wall of Tingxi is the ink of the calligrapher of Ming Dynasty, the "First Spring" stone carving was written by the calligrapher Wang Zhonglin in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty, and the "Baotu Spring" stone tablet in Tingxi was written by Hu Maozong, the governor of Shandong Province in Ming Dynasty. On the north bank of Baotu Spring Dongchi, the building with bright windows is the famous Penglai Society, also known as Wangheting Tea House. At that time, Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong often sat by the water and drank tea, enjoying the charm of Baotu Spring. When they tasted Baotu spring water, they replaced all the Beijing Yuquan water they carried on their southern tour with Baotu spring.

There is a group of large-scale ancient buildings on the north bank of Baotu Spring, which are collectively called three halls. The southernmost Luoyuan Hall, with three rooms and two floors, is antique and was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. What is particularly worth mentioning is the rare "Double Imperial Monument" in the courtyard, which records the poems written by Kangxi on three sides and Qianlong on two sides of Baotu Spring, marking the status of Baotu Spring.

The Snow House in Shiwan Spring at the southern foot of Baotu Spring was built in memory of Li Panlong, a writer in Ming Dynasty and the head of the "Seven Heroes". The original building was destroyed. 1996, the drama stage connected with the Snow Building was rebuilt on the original site and completed in the same year. All kinds of cultural performances, mainly Peking Opera, are held here all the year round, and it has become a well-known performance activity center in China and even the world. On the edge of Liu Xuquan and northwest of Liu Xuquan, there is a stone square pool, which is the famous golden thread spring and the old golden thread spring. Climb the rockery to the north of Baotu Spring, with pine and cypress, colorful flowers, green grass and strange rocks at your feet. Looking down, there is a horse running spring on the rock wall of the rockery. In the shade of the south of the rockery, there is a tall and straight Taihu stone with obvious tendons, nearly 4 meters high and shaped like a turtle. It is a treasure of Zhang, a famous Sanqu composer in Yuan Dynasty. Known as the first stone in Jinan. Li Qingzhao Memorial Hall, located on the north bank of Shuyuanquan, was built according to the national style. There are streams, pavilions, pavilions, cloisters, towering peaks, surrounded by pine and bamboo, and the courtyard in Jing Ya is quaint. Mo Bao, a contemporary writer, is a "poet of the first generation". The main hall of the memorial hall is engraved with the words "The former residence of Baotu Spring on the Daming Lake is deeply weeping, and the concentrated tablet of Shuyu is engraved with the legacy of the former master". In addition to the works and statues of female poets, there are also books and periodicals on the poet's life and works evaluated by famous artists in past dynasties, as well as paintings and poems of famous people in ancient and modern times. In the west of Li Qingzhao Memorial Hall, there is a small courtyard surrounded by streams on three sides. Spring water flows in the courtyard, and there are cloisters in front of and behind the house. It is the Shangzhi Academy, also known as Shangzhi Hall, which was built here by Shandong Governor Ding Baozhen in the ninth year of Tongzhi. Located at the south gate of Baotu Spring in Luoyuan Street, it is a combination of ancient and modern, with unique shape, traditional style and local characteristics. It is the first garden in China and a good place for tourists to enjoy the scenery and take photos.

Wanzhu Park, located in the west of the park, is a garden in Baotuquan Park. It is a quiet landscape garden with an area of 18 mu and consists of 13 different courtyards. The park is a private garden with a unique style, which was built in the Yuan Dynasty by Wang Jian, the prime minister of the Ming Dynasty and a poet of the Qing Dynasty. 1984 officially opened to the outside world. 1986 Li Kuchan Memorial Hall, a famous master of Chinese painting, is located in the park.
