Green Mining Development

Actively promote the green mine pilot work, and have selected 459 national-level green mine pilot units, including 239 in 2012. In the oil and gas, coal, non-ferrous metals, metallurgy, gold, chemicals, building materials and non-metal industries (Figure 5-1), a number of models of green mine construction have been established.

Lead the industry in technological innovation and improve resource utilization. Green mine pilot units have independently innovated a number of advanced technologies and processes with good promotion prospects, wide application range and independent intellectual property rights, which have improved the efficiency of resource development and utilization and the level of comprehensive utilization, and greatly improved the utilization rate of natural associated resources. Guangdong Yunfu Pyrite Mine uses slag resources to produce iron concentrate; Minmetals Group Shizhuyuan Polymetallic Mine pioneered the "slurry electrolysis method", which improved the bismuth smelting recovery rate; Suzhou Kaolin Mine built a tailings re-scouring production line to produce quartz sand, pyrite, etc. to achieve tailings-free production.

Intensify environmental protection efforts and promote the restoration and management of the geological environment of mines. China Petroleum Xinjiang Fengcheng Oilfield promptly reclaimed the temporarily excavated and occupied land, and the original landform restoration rate was 100%; Jizhong Energy Wutongzhuang Coal Mine vigorously implemented greening, and the greening coverage rate of the mining area was 62%; China Gold Erdaogou Gold Mine The tailings pond was treated, and the green coverage rate of the mining area reached more than 82.5%; Hubei Blue Sky Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. recovered all the salty mud, adopted a method of one-year compensation and two-year reclamation for comprehensive management, and the land reclamation rate was 83%.

Actively assume social responsibilities and enjoy development benefits. Under the guidance of the green mining concept, green mine pilot units follow the green development path of "developing resources and benefiting people", actively assume social responsibilities, attach importance to corporate culture, create community harmony, and enjoy the fruits of development. CICC Tibet Jiama Copper Mine highly integrates corporate culture and green mining concepts, adhering to the purpose of "building a mine and greening the environment; enriching the economy and supporting the people; promoting harmony and building a monument", leading the masses* ** Enjoy the fruits of development; Shaanxi Ansai Oilfield supports the comprehensive management of Wangyao Reservoir, the source of drinking water for Yan'an citizens, participates in the "Village to Village" road construction project in northern Shaanxi, assists in the construction of two Hope Primary Schools, and has built a total of 206 kilometers of roads , and implemented approximately 30 million yuan in poverty alleviation assistance funds.
