Do you know where there is a temple dedicated to the ancestors of ancient mushrooms?

This time, I came to the Longquan Mountain Scenic Area in Lishui. After staying at Orion Villa in the scenic spot, I strolled around and saw a temple next to it, which looked quite old. I asked the locals again and said that the temple was very effective. Go in and have a look.

It looks much bigger than I expected. In addition to the main hall and stage, there is a two-story house next to it, full of slogans. This main hall looks a little different from ordinary temples and feels more refined and elegant.

Approaching the entrance of the main hall, I saw these two heroic and lifelike bronze lions, but I could also see traces of history, including the pillars behind them, on which the paint had fallen off.

The main hall is dedicated to five gods, and there are three beside it, which makes people a little confused. Then I looked up at the sign hanging on the top of the temple: ancestor of mushrooms, which interested me very much. This is the first time I have seen a temple with such a name. Is it really related to mushrooms? Look around with curiosity.

I looked around, trying to find a pilgrim or a temple, but I didn't see anyone, although I saw incense around.

When you see a drawer in the place where you worship idols, there is a hanging sign in it, it must have been cancelled. Looking around, I found a small room with doors and windows open on one side, so I went over and saw that it was the place where visas were placed, and an old man was busy inside.

After consulting the elders, I realized that this temple is dedicated to Wu Sangong, the originator of mushroom cultivation. It turns out that this temple is really dedicated to the ancestor of mushrooms, and it is estimated to be the only one in China!

Speaking of this Wu Sangong, the old man gushed. We also learned that Wu Sangong, the originator of mushrooms, was from Longyao County, Lishui. It was this Wu Sangong who, passing by the foot of fengyangshan, found an umbrella mushroom on the elm tree in the broad-leaved forest. He picked some and took them home to cook soup. I didn't expect the soup made from this mushroom to be fragrant and delicious, so he gave it a nice name: "Mushroom". Later, when picking mushrooms in the mountains, he cut off the rotten branches covered with mushrooms on the elm tree with an axe. As a result, he soon found that the place where he cut was particularly lush, and the trunk he shook made them grow better, so he invented the methods of "cutting flowers" and "scaring mushrooms" from this long-term labor practice and spread them all over the world.

This temple is dedicated to Wu Sangong and Wu Brothers. They have played an extremely important role in the cultivation and promotion of mushrooms, so they are worshipped by the people. They are called "Five Emperors" by the people, "Grandfather" and "King of Huaguang" by Buddhism. The master in the temple also said that there are many tourists coming to the temple on holidays, and they usually play in Longquan Mountain Scenic Area. After climbing Huangmao Arrow Peak, the first peak in Zhejiang, they also came to worship these five immortals and pray for a bumper harvest. It is said that this temple is very effective when it is responsive.

At first, many people came to the old man for a holiday, but some people disagreed with him. Later, after climbing the first peak in Zhejiang-Huangmao Arrow Peak, he photographed the beautiful sunrise of this peak and made a circle of friends. Some experts pointed out that the mountains here are a standard treasure trove of geomantic omen, with such beautiful peaks, such beautiful sunrises and effective temples. No wonder so many people come to Longquan Mountain Scenic Area.
