A proposal from Xintai City to people returning home

Dear fellow Xintai fellows abroad:

The "double festivals" of New Year's Day and Spring Festival are approaching, and we are working hard outside After being here for a year, you must be homesick and looking forward to returning to your hometown for reunion. However, the epidemic situation is severe and complex, with frequent outbreaks across the country. Our city is under great pressure to "prevent foreign imports and domestic rebound". In order to minimize the risk of epidemic transmission and import, and effectively protect the health and life safety of you and the people in your hometown, we hereby issue the following initiatives to fellow villagers:

1. Pay close attention to epidemic prevention and control policies. We warmly welcome all relatives abroad to return home for the New Year. In order to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention and control during New Year's Day and Spring Festival, we have formulated a series of epidemic prevention and control measures to provide you with maximum convenience. Please understand in time and prepare your return in accordance with policy requirements. Prepare for the countryside. At the same time, you should take personal protection when you are outside, reduce going out, avoid gatherings, and avoid going to high-risk areas and places where epidemics occur.

2. Take the initiative to report in advance when returning home. Before returning to your hometown, please contact your village community 3 days in advance and truthfully declare your personal information, arrival time, transportation, health status and other information through the "Report from Tai'an to Thailand and Return to Thailand" system. For those who have returned to their hometown and have not yet reported, please complete the registration through the system as soon as possible so that we can better provide you with various service guarantees.

3. Take precautions during your journey. The journey back home is complicated and involves many people, so cross-infection is easy to occur and the risks are high. Please arrange your return trip appropriately and take personal protection. If you need to take public transportation, try to avoid multiple transfers and long stays, and proactively cooperate with the flight attendants in epidemic prevention management; if you are returning by self-driving vehicle, please pay close attention to the epidemic situation and try to avoid high-risk areas when choosing routes. Do not stay in crowded places.

4. Actively cooperate with control measures. Please bring proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours when you return home, and actively cooperate with the implementation of corresponding control measures such as "arrival inspection", home isolation, health monitoring, and place code scanning. At present, in accordance with the provisions of the State Council's "Twenty Articles on Optimizing Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures", people with spillover from high-risk areas must be quarantined at home for 7 days. During this period, they are assigned a code to manage and are not allowed to go out. For those who do not meet the conditions for home quarantine, the city provides free centralized quarantine services. . For those who have stayed in low-risk areas in the past seven days, relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations such as "three inspections in five days", "one-meter noodles", wearing masks and scanning venue codes must be implemented. Epidemic prevention and control depends on everyone. Do not affect your integrity record or cause adverse effects in the unit due to personal reasons.
