How to make frame flow chart in excel

There are two ways. First, find the rectangle and arrow by inserting and shaping, and draw the process flow according to your own needs.

Secondly, you can insert smartArt and select smartArt flowchart to make a flowchart that meets your own needs.

Click Insert, smartArt, find the flowchart, select a flowchart, and then click Insert excel. If the graphics provided by the system are not enough, you can choose smartArt, add graphics by designing and adding shapes, or add a text pane.
