1. Strengthen the investigation and control of people entering Shanxi from Zhangzhou.

2. Strengthen the control of fishing vessels and operating personnel.

3. Strengthen epidemic prevention and control of cold chain seawater products.

Strictly implement the "three specialties and three complete" requirements for imported cold chain foods and strictly inspect the "four certificates". 4. Strictly crack down on smuggling and illegal transactions at sea.

7.
