5. Engineering budgeting is a combination of technology and economy. In the course of work, we deeply realize the importance of professional technical knowledge (design) to budget preparation, and suggest that company leaders can organize design technical forces to train cost majors and improve their technical level.
6. For design and construction general contracting projects, customers often ask for construction invoices before or at the time of payment. According to the current process, it takes several weeks or even longer to issue invoices, which is difficult for customers to understand and we can't give a reasonable answer.
Three, the second half of the situation and task completion forecast
Judging from the current situation, it is estimated that the workload in the second half of the year will be greater than that in the first half. Now the scale of user projects is relatively large, and the preliminary work needs more time and energy to deal with it. In addition, some distribution network engineering design will be carried out gradually in the second half of the year, and some other work will be carried out by the power supply department, which will cross influence. Nevertheless, our department will work with Qi Xin to deal with all kinds of projects and things, and try our best to complete all tasks.
Four, the second half of the work ideas and main measures
Because all kinds of projects are intertwined, it is impossible to design all kinds of projects at the same time, so it is necessary to classify and determine the priority of projects.
