1 Project Overview

The industrialized housing project is located in the Zhongxin Eco-City in Binhai New District, Tianjin, * ***** Avenue, ********* Road, ******** Road.

Four high-voltage transformers are arranged at the construction site and are located on the west side of the on-site office. In order to ensure the safety of electricity consumption during the construction process, protective sheds are set up around the transformers.

2 Basis for preparation

1) "Technical Specifications for Temporary Electricity Safety at Construction Sites" (JGJ46-2005)

2) The actual situation of the construction site and its surroundings Environment;

3) The quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems established by our company.

3 Construction Plan

The protective shed is built with fir poles, safety nets and bamboo fences. The bottom of the fir poles is buried in the soil, and the upper part is fixed outside the protective shed using cable wind ropes. Object-wise, the ceiling is protected by fir poles and bamboo fences.

4 Construction method

1) Dig a 200*200*mm pit 1m deep in the ground at the vertical fir pole of each protective shed, and use a C15 concrete cushion 100mm thick at the bottom. The distance between the pole and the transformer is greater than 800mm.

2) The protective shed must be equipped with 12 diagonal braces. The diagonal braces need to be set up in each direction and are respectively set on the inside of the protective shed.

3) The outside of the protective shed is protected by a safety net, and the top of the protective shed is protected by fir poles and bamboo fences.

4) Wind ropes are installed in the middle of the four corners of the protective shed. The wind ropes are made of 6mm steel wire ropes.

5) Horizontal poles are set up with fir poles in the horizontal direction of the protective shed, with a spacing of 800mm.

6) A door opening is left at the bottom of the protective shed. The door opening is 0.8m wide and 2m high. It is usually closed with a bamboo fence. It is only for equipment inspection and maintenance personnel to enter and exit.

7) Warning lights are installed at the corners of the protective roof to prevent night work or other objects from hitting it.

5 Technical and Quality Assurance Measures

1) The vertical poles of the protective shed should be buried to a depth of not less than 1m, and the dug pits should be compacted when backfilled.

2) The overlap joints of the protective shed poles should be staggered by not less than 1m, the overlap length should not be less than 800mm, and the lashing should be no less than 3 lines.

3) Set up a horizontal pole 20cm from the ground at the bottom of the vertical pole of the protective shed, and the distance between the above horizontal poles is 800mm.

4) The overlap between two adjacent horizontal poles shall be staggered by not less than 800mm, and the overlap length shall not be less than 800mm.

5) The horizontal poles at the corners of the protective shed should extend no less than 100mm outside the protective shed.

6) 12 diagonal braces should be set up in both directions. The intersections of vertical and horizontal bamboo poles are tied firmly.

7) The angle between the diagonal brace and the horizontal rod shall not be greater than 60 degrees.

8) The protective shed is a double-layered arrangement, with the bottom protective shed being 1.5m higher than the poles or wires.

9) A vertical pole should be added to both sides of the door opening at the bottom of the protective shed, a horizontal pole should be added to the top, and diagonal braces should be added.

10) The outside of the protective shed is closed with a dense flame-retardant safety net, and the four corners of the safety net are firmly tied to the protective shed.

11) The fir poles and bamboo fences laid on the top of the protective shed are dense and strong.

6 Labor Organization

This work plan uses 5 workers to complete the preparation work before the start of the work, and basically complete the erection of the protective shelter on the day when the work officially starts.

The planned materials to be used are as follows:

Fir pole: about 1006 meters

Dense mesh flame-retardant safety net: about 480 square meters

Bamboo Fence: about 108 square meters (bamboo fence is used on the top)

Cable wind rope: 80 meters

7 Safe and civilized construction

1) The transformer must be powered off before proceeding Protective shed erection work.

2) The erection personnel must be in good health and can work with certificates only after passing the training and assessment.

3) Erection personnel are not allowed to work after drinking alcohol or taking other drugs that are not suitable for working at heights.

4) Erection personnel must wear safety helmets, seat belts, and non-slip shoes.

5) When there are strong winds above level 6 or rainy weather, no protective shelters shall be erected.

6) The protective shed must be inspected after strong winds and heavy rains above level 6.

7) When performing electric or gas welding near the protective shed, fire prevention measures must be taken and specially guarded.

8) During construction in hot weather, drinking water supply, ventilation, cooling and heatstroke prevention must be done.
