Each class in our department held a class meeting with the theme of "Respect politeness, love neatness, I am successful, I am happy", calling on the students to respect civilization and love politeness, and organize to watch promotional films and movies through various educational activities, so that the students can deeply understand the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and establish a sense of civilization and politeness;

2. Organize and mobilize all classes to publish a blackboard newspaper with the theme of "Courtesy Clean Month", and the students actively participate in it to explain their profound understanding of this activity in their own way;

3. Make theme exhibition boards and publicity windows to give students a deeper understanding of this activity in the form of pictures and texts;

4. Organize students in our department, mainly students in grade 1 1, encourage each class to study the Student Handbook, and run through the whole teaching activity from the theoretical aspect, conduct spot checks on the effect of the activity, and strengthen students' understanding of the rules and regulations of our department. At the same time, combined with the selection criteria of our college, we have studied and commended outstanding teachers and students;

Second, the theme is clear, and many activities are carried out smoothly and vividly.

1. In order to cooperate with the smooth progress of Politeness Clean Month, our department launched a special supervision activity in the seventh week, mainly to supervise students to be late in the teaching building before 8:00 in the morning, and to evaluate the department with counselors as a unit to improve students' awareness of attending classes on time and promote the construction of study style;

2. In the eighth week, combined with the dormitory culture festival, our department launched the "I am clean and healthy" dormitory decoration competition, and organized students to decorate their dormitories, mainly freshmen of 1 1 grade. The students are very interested, and some even stay up late to decorate the dormitory. The final exhibition effect is also gratifying, which embodies the positive mental outlook of our students and enriches their extracurricular life.

3. A classroom decoration contest was held, calling on students to decorate the main classroom by themselves to create a good learning atmosphere;

4. Organized by the student union of our department, the discipline inspection department and the accommodation department are the main inspection departments to supervise the students' morning reading attendance and going out to bed, post the attendance sheets of each class every day, and regularly evaluate the excellent class groups and five dormitories every week. The style of "openness, fairness and justice" was well reflected in this activity, which also improved the students' awareness of morning reading on time and strengthened the construction of study style;
