Brief introduction of Zhongguancun science city

Zhongguancun Science City takes Zhongguancun Street, Zhichun Road and Xueyuan Road as the axis, with a total area of about 75 square kilometers. It is the core of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. There are 27 national key institutions of higher learning such as Tsinghua and Peking University, more than 30 scientific research institutes such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, 25 national engineering technology research centers, more than 20 national engineering research centers and 62 national key laboratories in this area, which undertake the core tasks of 13 national major science and technology projects. It has brought together nearly 8,000 high-tech enterprises such as Lenovo Group and Aerospace Science and Technology, and more than 0/000 science and technology innovation service agencies, which has driven Zhongguancun Science City enterprises to achieve a total income of 322.6 billion yuan in high-tech industries.
