Why are all three red light signs taken at the rear of the car?

When an electronic eye shoots a red light, it usually needs to take three photos to determine that it is illegal, in which 1 is the photo of the vehicle not crossing the stop line at the red light, and the next two are the photos of the vehicle continuing to drive forward, crossing the stop line and completely entering the intersection at the red light.

The three photos will clearly record the position movement of the vehicle during the red light. If the vehicle just crosses the stop line at the red light, but stops immediately, the traffic control department will not punish it.

These photos were taken at the back of the car.
