The second reason is the lack of introspection mechanism in hard work.

But if you fail again and again, it may be that there is something wrong with the way you try.

So they are willing to spread rumors, exaggerate the uselessness of some things and tell others that even if they work hard, they will not succeed. Just look at themselves.

Among them, the most typical one is the "reading is useless".
