What should be paid attention to in the process of cleaning dust-free clothes in dust-free workshop

(1) Newly sewed dust-free clothes can be washed directly, while recycled dust-free clothes will find oil stains, so the oil stains should be carefully removed before washing.

(2) Before cleaning, check whether the accessories are scratched, damaged or buckled, and repair, replace or scrap the defective accessories.

(3) Cleaning, drying and packaging must be carried out in a dust-free workshop with a higher cleanliness than the dust-free workshop using work clothes.

(4) The water used for wet washing and dry cleaning should be filtered, and the solvent should be distilled, and then a filter membrane with a pore size less than 0.2μm should be used at the point of use, and it should be filtered more than once as needed.

(5) In order to remove water-soluble pollutants, after washing with clean water, use distilled solvent for final washing to remove oily pollutants.

(6) The water temperature for wet washing is as follows: polyester cloth 60-70C (maximum 70C) and nylon cloth 50-550C (maximum 60C).

(7) When the final rinse is permeable, antistatic agent can be used to improve the antistatic performance, but the antistatic agent selected should be well combined with the fiber without dust falling off.

(8) The buckled work clothes should be washed in the buckled state.

(9) Drying is carried out in a clean air circulation system dedicated to washing.

After drying, it should be folded and washed in a special dust-free workshop and put into a clean polyester bag or nylon bag. According to requirements, double-layer packaging or vacuum plastic packaging can be used. It is best to use antistatic materials as packaging materials. Because the folding process is most likely to produce dust, the folding process must be carried out in a high-level clean space. For example, the folding and packaging of 100 dust-free clothes should be carried out in 10 environment.
