In order to ensure the public's personal and property safety and reduce environmental pollution, according to the Regulations of Taizhou Municipality on the Administration of Fireworks and Firecrackers, combined with the actual situation in urban areas, the regional notice on the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers in urban areas is as follows:

Article 1 The areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in urban areas are:

(1) Hailing District and Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-tech Zone: the area formed by the south of Xintongyang Canal, the north of Zhoushan River, the east of Nanguan River and the west of Xingtai Highway (via Yongding Expressway and Dongfeng Expressway to Zhoushan River);

(2) gaogang district: the area south of Hu Angang Avenue, north of Gangkou Road, east of Nanguan River and west of Gaogang Avenue;

Jiangyan District: the area formed in the south of Xintongyang Canal, north of National Highway 328, east of Qinhu Avenue (Deng Shuang Avenue) and west of Provincial Highway 229.

Second, the general public should consciously abide by the provisions of this circular and not set off fireworks and firecrackers in violation of regulations. Illegal discharge, shall be punished according to law; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.
