In order to quickly and effectively control the risk of epidemic spread, after research, on the basis of implementing the Notice of Haizhu District on Strengthening Social Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures, it is decided to further strengthen social epidemic prevention and control measures as follows:

First, the whole staff nucleic acid testing and results inspection. According to the requirement that "everyone should check and no one can fall behind", Haizhu District will organize a batch of full-time nucleic acid testing. Residents of all streets and communities organize orderly participation in testing, strictly protect themselves, keep their distance, and leave immediately after testing. Streets and communities should strengthen code scanning verification such as "place code" and enter shopping malls, supermarkets and other places with negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours.

Two, within the scope of this region, the implementation of the following prevention and control measures:

Stop unnecessary flows and activities. In addition to ensuring urban operation and material transportation, bus stations and subway stations passing through high-risk areas in the jurisdiction are suspended. Community communities, villages in cities and industrial parks are under closed management, and strict temperature measurement, on-site code scanning and negative nucleic acid authentication are carried out within 24 hours at the entrance.

Advocates work from home. In addition to the staff who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, organs and institutions at all levels advocate working at home or turning into community volunteers on the spot, reporting to their communities, and fully participating in community epidemic prevention work and community services.

Non-urban security enterprises stop operating. In addition to providing public service enterprises such as water, electricity, fuel oil, gas, communications, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetables, etc., we will suspend production and business activities and advocate enterprises to work at home. Except supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions and catering enterprises, all other business premises and stores are closed.

Ensure the supply of citizens' home life. Market supervision, commerce and other relevant departments and supply guarantee enterprises ensure adequate supply of daily necessities and stable prices. All streets and communities should establish special service guarantee teams and set up warm-hearted service hotlines to respond to public demands in a timely manner.

The above measures will be implemented as of the date of promulgation and will be dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic prevention and control. Medium and high risk areas and temporary control areas continue to be implemented with reference to relevant epidemic prevention policies. Units and individuals that fail to perform their main responsibilities and refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will be held accountable according to law.
