How to put the slogan on the photo?

Just insert a picture-insert an optional graphic, select the ellipse tool, and then double-click the circle. Under the Format Optional Graphics _ Size tab, adjust the length and width of the graphic to the appropriate position, and edit the title in the graphic.

Then set the layout of the picture to float above the text and set the fill color to None.

Then move the set circle to the middle of the four pictures.
