Why do many people in Zhihu like to mix English into discussions?

I have been in a foreign company for nearly twenty years, and I often have the habit of adding a few English words or even a sentence to my speech. Please answer why from my point of view:

First, some words come from English, and Chinese has no good lexical correspondence. For example, we sometimes use compliance, so we don't know what Chinese word to use. Recently, Chinese coined the word "compliance", which is more awkward and ugly than English.

Second, there are corresponding words in Chinese, but they are relatively long. For example, in the HR field, the company has a performance evaluation system, and finally evaluates the worst 10% or the best employees. Wouldn't it be simpler to use 10% at the bottom and 20% at the top?

Third, sometimes it feels too strong to use mother tongue, but foreign words are less stimulating to individuals, so some people will use foreign words. For example, is it easier for lovers to say I love you than to say "I love you", and is it easier to say sorry than to say "I'm sorry", because foreign words don't stimulate you so much. In the enterprise, I seldom use dismissal, but always use termination. I didn't have so much emotion when I said it.

Fourth, different languages will bring different contexts, and different contexts will be related to related cultures. For example, when my child wants to talk to me on an equal footing, he usually uses English, because he thinks I am stronger when he uses Chinese, and there is the so-called respect concept of China traditional father and son. When he used English, my English was not good, so he felt more comfortable arguing with me.

Fifth, some words are used too much, so they are used to English and will become Chinese only after special emphasis;

Sixth, it is possible to pretend to be B, but frankly, I seldom see it. If you really want to pretend to be B like this, it's not easy. Try it yourself if you don't believe me.
