Population inspection nucleic acid test certificates will not be used to conduct home health monitoring for people returning home within the province, and the period of home health monitoring shall not be extended at will.

2. Standardize and implement hierarchical and classified testing travel requirements

All localities strictly implement the requirements of the "Notice on Orderly Conducting Nucleic Acid Testing for Mass Travel During the Spring Festival" issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council , from January 28 to March 8, 2021, to guide the masses to travel in an orderly manner.

First, people from high-risk areas or people with a history of traveling to high-risk areas in the past 14 days will not move.
