This exposition clarifies the basic concept and specific content of socialist core values, points out the practical focus of the construction of socialist core value system, and is a new deployment and new requirement for the construction of socialist core value system. Nowadays, the whole hospital is setting off an upsurge of learning socialist core values. As a surgeon in the hospital, I want to talk about my experience in combination with my post.

Socialist core values standardize the core value pursuit of the country, society and citizens from three levels. What a citizen needs to practice is patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness.

Patriotism is our foundation. The development of Dr. X is inseparable from the strength of the country. Based on their posts, rigor, dedication and dedication are the best and most selfless love for the motherland. Since I graduated from school and joined Yili's big family, I have felt her strong development momentum. I feel extremely honored and proud to be here, to advance with it and to dedicate myself to it. As a general surgeon, like other colleagues, I am willing to work hard for the development of Yili, not afraid of setbacks. No matter how busy our work is, no matter how trivial our affairs are, we can't kill our determination and perseverance in performing our duties. Although we are far away from home, we have found another warm home here, and we cherish and work hard for it.

Dedication is our foundation. As a doctor, only by being dedicated can we find pleasure in the monotonous and repetitive work every day and devote ourselves to the work with the greatest enthusiasm. Dedication is a powerful spiritual force to overcome many difficulties. Work means responsibility, and each of us should be full of responsibility. Lev tolstoy once said: If a person has no enthusiasm, he will accomplish nothing, and the basic point of enthusiasm is the sense of responsibility. Responsibility is the cornerstone of being a man. With a sense of responsibility, you will work diligently and practically. Moreover, only in this way can the interests of the unit not be harmed, the collective honor can be maintained forever, and the self-worth can be reflected.

Honesty is our quality. The doctor's ethics is to heal the wounded and rescue the dying, and it is also our mission. Surgeons of nail and breast often face some tumor patients, who may be on the verge of death. Many people can't understand their inner fragility and the pain of the disease. We need to do our duty to save patients' lives and try our best to alleviate their suffering. () Dr. Zhong has a saying in the TV series "Doctors are Kind". He said this: "Why do you save people at all costs when you know there may be death consequences?" Why do you insist on saving people when you know that the family members of patients are unable to pay high medical expenses, and do everything possible to reduce expenses afterwards? Because we are doctors, it is our mission to cure diseases and save people. " This is our quality.

Friendship is our attitude. They all say that "attitude is everything". Our mentality determines our achievements and the health of others, and we can't tolerate any carelessness. In our work, we usually face patients. If we smile more, greet more and be patient; If we all work with a grateful heart, treat patients as relatives, and truly think of patients from the perspective of patients, we will bring a lot to patients. The tense doctor-patient relationship will be solved.

Society needs love, and times call for love. Kindness and love exist in everyone's heart. Love is the spring breeze, which can warm every corner of life; It is a torch that can illuminate every corner of society. Love is responsibility, dedication and harvest.
