1, Hunan Police College

Hunan Police College is the only full-time undergraduate college in Hunan Province sponsored by Hunan Provincial People's Government, supervised by Hunan Provincial Public Security Department and directed by Hunan Provincial Education Department. The college is located in Changsha Xingsha Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Founded in September of 1949, the College has gone through the stages of Hunan Provisional Government Public Security Department Public Security School, Hunan Provincial Public Security Cadre School, Hunan Provincial Political and Legal Cadre School, Hunan Provincial People's Police School and Hunan Public Security College. 1978 set up secondary school education, 1984 set up junior college education, 1993 changed its name to Hunan Public Security College.

2. Hunan Judicial Police Vocational College

Hunan Judicial Police Vocational College, referred to as "Hunan Judicial Police College", is managed by Hunan Provincial Department of Justice and located in Changsha. Enjoy the reputation of "the cradle of judicial police officers in Hunan".

Founded in 1980, the College is the only public full-time ordinary higher political and legal college with police system organized by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and directly under the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice, ranking among the top judicial police colleges in China.

It was selected as a pilot school for the reform of the recruitment and training system of political and legal police officers of the Central Political and Legal Committee and an "excellent" school evaluated by the Ministry of Education, and was recognized as a provincial demonstration (backbone) vocational college in 20 13.
