The fifteen measures for production safety are as follows:

First, strictly implement the responsibilities of local party committees for production safety.

The fourth is to seriously investigate leadership and supervisory responsibilities.

The fifth is to strictly implement the responsibilities of the main person in charge of the enterprise.

The seventh is to firmly adhere to the safety red line of project approval.

The eighth is to strictly investigate and punish illegal subcontracting and subcontracting of qualifications.
