What is a hearing?

Hearing is divided into administrative licensing hearing, legislative hearing and administrative punishment hearing.

1. The hearing of administrative license refers to the activity that the administrative organ listens to the opinions of the applicant and interested parties through the hearing in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative License Law before making a decision on administrative license.

2. Legislative hearing refers to the meeting held by the drafting and deliberation institutions of laws and regulations to the public to listen to the information and public opinions related to legislation and provide basis and reference for the formulation of laws and regulations.

3. The hearing of administrative punishment refers to the process that the administrative organ listens to the statements and defenses of the parties before making the decision on administrative punishment, and the participants in the hearing procedure ask questions, debate and refute each other on relevant issues to find out the facts of the case.
