In the coming week, the branches (subsidiaries) of China Grain Storage System 140 direct warehouse will be opened to the public, so that all sectors of society can get a close look at the important role played by central enterprises in strengthening scientific and technological innovation, managing granaries in big countries, and advocating loving the people and saving grain.

It was learned from the activity that at present, the coverage rate of scientific and technological grain storage of central grain reserves exceeds 98%, and the comprehensive storage loss rate has dropped from more than 2% to less than 1%. The quality of rice stored at controlled temperature in southern China is as good as new, and the effect of "storing grain by science and technology" is remarkable. In a granary directly under Shunyi Warehouse of China Grain Storage Beijing Branch, 6,000 tons of wheat is covered with an air-conditioned quilt, which is an intelligent management granary that can kill insects, breathe and adjust temperature. Behind it are a number of "sophisticated" technologies. First, the internal circulation temperature control technology: in summer, when the temperature of the granary reaches the set temperature, the system will automatically start and transport the cold source in the granary to the space in the granary to reduce the temperature.

Second, intelligent ventilation technology of granary: Intelligent ventilation technology of granary is based on real-time and accurate data of grain situation and meteorological information, referring to intelligent ventilation mathematical model and parameterized ventilation conditions, intelligently selecting ventilation mode, accurately capturing ventilation opportunity, automatically switching on and off ventilation window, ventilation duct and ventilator equipment and facilities, and realizing ventilation operations with different purposes, such as cooling ventilation, heat storage ventilation, water retention ventilation and natural ventilation.

During the ventilation operation, the operator only needs to set the ventilation target value on the computer, and the expert system built in the system will automatically judge whether it is ventilated or not, and send a signal to control the on-site ventilation facilities and equipment to realize intelligent ventilation operation until the ventilation is over.

This technology can effectively avoid ineffective, harmful and dehydrated ventilation, greatly reduce energy consumption and labor intensity, reduce losses, improve economic benefits, and realize the characteristics of quasi-low temperature green grain storage.

The third is intelligent technology. Intelligent modified atmosphere technology can automatically confirm the ventilation process and target concentration according to the species and quantity of pests in the grain pile, combined with the grain temperature and the air tightness of the granary, and automatically turn on the nitrogen generator and other related equipment, and carry out modified atmosphere storage of grain through the process of forced discharge at the top and keeping the concentration of air bags. When the nitrogen in the grain pile reaches the target concentration, the system will automatically shut down and the grain pile will be stored in a closed way. So as to achieve the purposes of insecticidal, mildew-proof and green storage with good quality. According to the different purposes of nitrogen filling, the concentration of nitrogen filling is determined. 98% nitrogen filling concentration can be used to kill insects, 95% nitrogen filling concentration can be used to prevent insects and 90% nitrogen filling concentration can be used to keep fresh and store grain.

Intelligent modified atmosphere grain storage does not use any chemical agents, which is non-toxic, harmless, pollution-free, green and environmentally friendly, and ensures the quality and safety of grain storage and consumption.
