Non-commissioned officer application conditions

Non-commissioned officers apply for the following conditions:

1, with the basic conditions for applying for citizenship; Among them, the political conditions and physical conditions are implemented in accordance with the Provisions on Political Assessment of Recruiting Personnel in the Army, the Standards for Physical Examination of Citizens for Recruitment and other relevant regulations.

2. Have a college degree or above; Among them, ordinary colleges and universities have carried out professional skills appraisal, and should obtain intermediate or above professional qualification certificates; No more than 24 years old.

3. Voluntary active service for at least 5 years. Article 5 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * People in China and citizens of China, regardless of nationality, race, occupation, family background, religious belief and education level, have the obligation to perform military service in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

Citizens who have serious physical defects or serious disabilities and are not suitable for military service are exempted from military service. Citizens deprived of political rights according to law shall not perform military service.

Fifteenth male citizens who have reached the age of eighteen before December 31st each year shall, in accordance with the arrangements of the military service organs, make their first military service registration in that year.

State organs, public organizations, enterprises and institutions, and people's governments of townships, nationality townships and towns shall, according to the arrangements of the military service organs of the people's governments of counties, autonomous counties, cities not divided into districts and municipal districts, be responsible for organizing male citizens of school age in their own units and within their respective administrative areas to make their first military service registration.

A sergeant is a petty officer.

In the military system of general countries, soldiers are divided into three systems: officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers, each with its own tasks. Most non-commissioned officers are usually selected by soldiers, and some non-commissioned officers have been specially trained through military subjects of professional non-commissioned officers' military academy and basic education of other military subjects, and are usually responsible for assisting junior lieutenant officers.
