2. How to fill in the temperature list

(1) Eyebrow column: The name, age, department, bed number, admission date and admission number on the temperature list should be complete and clear.

(2) Date column: When the "Date" column is filled in, the year, month and day should be filled in on the 1 day of each page, and only the days should be filled in for the remaining 6 days. If the new month or year starts within 6 days, please fill in the month, date or year, month and date.

(3)? Length of stay: "Length of stay" is written continuously from the date of admission to the date of discharge. Represented by Arabic numerals "1, 2,3".

(4)? Post-operation column: Record "days after operation (delivery)", the day after operation (delivery) is 1, and the Arabic numerals "1, 2,3" are used continuously to 14.
