(5) The broadcasters, commentators, telephone operators, tour guides and other special posts in the public service industry are above Grade II A, and other staff directly serving the public are above Grade III A..
if the personnel specified in the preceding paragraph have not reached the corresponding grade standard after the Putonghua proficiency test, they shall be trained according to their own circumstances.
for the positions specified in items (1), (2), (4) and (5) of the first paragraph, the newly recruited and employed staff shall reach the corresponding Putonghua level. Article 11 In the following situations, standardized Chinese characters should be used as the basic characters:
(1) the characters used in the names, official documents, official seals and business cards of state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions;
(2) words used in education and teaching in kindergartens, schools and other educational institutions;
(3) the characters used in all kinds of advertisements, notices, signboards, signboards, name boards, placards, signboards and logos;
(4) the characters used in printed and electronic publications such as newspapers, periodicals, books and audio-visual products;
(5) Chinese characters for film and television screens and websites;
(6) the words used in the packaging and description of goods sold in China;
(7) the names of place names and public facilities are in Chinese characters;
(8) service words in public service industries.
if the characters specified in items (3) and (7) of the preceding paragraph need to be marked in foreign languages, the place names, proper names and generic names shall be spelled in Chinese Pinyin.
