The installation position of the weighing platform should not cross the expansion joint of the cement slab, so as to prevent the weighing platform from being stuck due to thermal expansion and cold contraction and ensure the safety of the weighing platform. The weighing platform is installed in the middle of the driveway, and the horizontal and vertical slopes of the weighing platform should be consistent with the road surface, but the slope should not be greater than 2%. When the slope of the road surface before and after the weighing platform is more than 2%, the cement road surface should be broken in a large area, re-poured, leveled and controlled, and the weighing platform and the road surface should be smooth and excessive to prevent vehicles from jumping and bumping when passing through the weighing platform. Control boxes, weighing display screen bases and handholes are added on all exit side toll islands, and horizontal drainage pipes are arranged in the handholes to lead to the outside of the slope. It is particularly important to note that the horizontal drainage pipe must have an oblique angle along the road center and slope direction, and the oblique angle must reach 15 to facilitate drainage. The elevation of the bottom of the handhole should be lower than the foundation of the weighing platform (if there is a water storage tank at the bottom of the handhole, the drainage pipe can also extend into the water storage tank). If the weighing platform accumulates water, it will affect the accuracy of weighing equipment. The steel pipe is buried from the toll station foundation to the hand hole in front of the island through the control box foundation, and the weighing display screen foundation is added in front of the island tail, which is connected with the toll station foundation through the steel pipe. If the distance between the traffic lights and the toll station is not long enough, consider installing the weighing display screen and the traffic lights on the same post. 2-2-3 Equipment Installation According to China's technical specifications for vehicles, the total length of freight cars should not exceed 18m, so it is enough to install weighing equipment at the toll window 18m. If the distance is too short, the rear of some super-long vehicles will not completely pass through the weighing platform when they reach the charging window. If the distance is too long, the vehicle speed will generally be relatively fast, or the probability that the vehicle is in a variable speed state will be high, which will affect the weighing accuracy. Due to the irregularity of individual vehicles, the installation distance between the weighing platform and the toll booth window should be greater than 18m, generally around 18m to 23m, which is also convenient for vehicles to queue up and ensures the cost of weighing one vehicle and paying one vehicle. The glass surface of infrared automobile separator is easy to frost in winter, so it is suggested to use thermistor to defrost the rear windshield of automobile. The display content of the weighing display screen shall at least include vehicle type, overload rate, quantity and two spare lines. The display screen should work around the clock, with dustproof, rainproof and sunscreen performance; The brightness should ensure that drivers and passengers within 20 meters can clearly see the displayed content under various lighting and natural environment conditions; At present, the display screen is generally LED, so it is best to turn to 15 when installing, so that the display screen can directly face the driver and passenger, and it is easy to see clearly. 3. Equipment installation 3- 1 person (hand) hole and square camera For the toll plaza with additional toll lanes, the toll station manhole is correspondingly increased, and a new shoulder manhole is set outside the expanded shoulder. The camera handhole and foundation of the toll plaza demolished in the early stage of the expansion of the toll plaza are located in the newly-built 3-2 equipment foundation and the pipeline 3-3 toll booth. 4. The quality control after the completion of the project shall be handed over, inspected and accepted according to the contract requirements. Check whether the as-built data and as-built drawings are consistent with the actual construction, so as to be complete and accurate. Check the unfinished workload and defects, and supervise the construction unit to finish it on schedule until the certificate of termination of defect liability period is issued. Charging by weight has just started in China, and the detection accuracy of charging by weight equipment needs to be improved. There are not many domestic optional manufacturers, while foreign equipment is expensive and maintenance is not very convenient. In order to fully embody the concept of "people-oriented" and give drivers the right to complain, it is suggested to add a set of low-speed/static portable inspection equipment at the roadside of the exit square, and set up a simple overload law enforcement kiosk equipped with management computers, printers and other equipment.
