Construction started on March 1, 2005. It was put into operation on July 1, 2007, with an annual output of 6 million tons. This kicked off the large-scale construction of Gubei Mine, and on March 2, 2004, the first batch of coal mine builders who were willing to endure hardships and shoulder heavy responsibilities came to this hot construction site. The environment during the preparation stage for mine construction was difficult. There were no electric lights, no roads, just weeds and wheat fields. By the end of December, the project department had completed an investment of 260 million yuan, including 106 million yuan for mining construction projects, 48 ??million yuan for civil engineering projects, and 18 million yuan for installation projects. The project department has conducted public bidding for 24 projects, with a total amount of 440 million. Safety first, high-quality and efficient construction of mines is the motto of Gubei Constructors.
