In order to strictly implement territorial management responsibilities, industry department supervision responsibilities, unit subject responsibilities, family and personal self-protection "Four-party responsibilities" of responsibility, and to consolidate the foundation of joint prevention, joint control, and group prevention and control, we are hereby notifying you of the following matters related to further strengthening the personal self-protection of residents during the prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic:

1. Enhance personal protection awareness . The general public must firmly establish the concept that "everyone is the first person responsible for their own health", consciously abide by various regulations on epidemic prevention and control, strengthen daily protection of individuals and family members, maintain healthy living habits, and actively integrate prevention and control requirements into daily work Life.

2. Wear masks in a scientific and standardized manner. The general public should develop the habit of carrying masks with them when going out, and should actively wear masks when entering and leaving public places, enclosed spaces, seeking medical treatment, taking public transportation, and coming into contact with others at a distance of less than 1 meter. All public places should implement their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, set up eye-catching and clear mask-wearing reminders at the entrance of the place, strengthen the management of people entering the place wearing masks, and prohibit entry to those who do not wear masks. Those who refuse to listen to dissuasion and disrupt order will be dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with the law.

3. Reduce the gathering of people. Minimize the flow of people across provinces and cities, and do not leave the country or go to local epidemic areas unless necessary. Always pay attention to maintaining a social distance of more than 1 meter, reduce unnecessary gatherings and dinners, try not to go or go to places with dense crowds and poor air circulation, and consciously do not get together or gather.

4. Strengthen daily health monitoring. Do a good job in monitoring the health of individuals and family members. When symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, loss of smell, diarrhea and other symptoms occur, go to the nearest grid-managed fever clinic for health screening and diagnosis and treatment in a timely manner. When entering and exiting various public places, actively cooperate with body temperature checks and health code and itinerary card checks.

5. Actively register and report information. Pay attention to the domestic epidemic situation in a timely manner and check the health code situation at any time. People with cross-trajectories of confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections, people with red or yellow health codes, and people who have entered Thailand from local epidemic areas in the past 14 days must be the first to do so. Take the initiative to report to your community and unit on time, and cooperate with the implementation of nucleic acid testing, health monitoring, isolation control and other epidemic prevention measures. Those who refuse to report or cooperate and hinder epidemic prevention and control will bear corresponding legal liability.

6. Actively vaccinate against COVID-19. Vaccination against COVID-19 is an effective way to control the spread of the epidemic and reduce the occurrence of severe cases. It is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. Citizens who have not yet been vaccinated or have not completed the full course of vaccination against COVID-19 are advised to get vaccinated as soon as possible, so that all people of appropriate age and without vaccination contraindications should be vaccinated. Persons who have been fully vaccinated for 6 months should go to the nearest vaccination point for booster vaccination as soon as possible.

Counties, cities, and functional areas must further strengthen social publicity and mobilization for epidemic prevention and control, give full play to the role of township and village grids, and make full use of television, radio, text messages, WeChat groups, publicity vehicles, and loudspeakers , clear paper, propaganda slogans, bulletin boards and other media to ensure that the notice content reaches the community, buildings, households and people, and becomes a household name. All departments and units must do a good job in publicizing epidemic prevention and control in their own systems and industries, and promptly communicate it to every cadre, employee, and family member. Through extensive publicity and mobilization, we educate and guide the masses to strictly abide by relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, consciously strengthen personal self-protection, actively support and participate in epidemic prevention and control, and comprehensively consolidate the foundation of joint prevention, joint control, and mass prevention and control.
