How to fill in the unit qualification?

First, the qualification of the construction unit is divided into general contracting, professional contracting and labor subcontracting, and design and construction integration qualification.

1, the qualification grade standard of construction general contracting enterprises includes 12, which is generally divided into four levels (super, first, second and third);

2, professional contracting enterprise qualification standards include 36 categories, generally divided into three levels (first, second and third);

3, labor subcontracting enterprise qualification regardless of category and grade;

4, design and construction integration qualification level 1, level 2;

The types of unit qualifications include the following:

1, construction enterprise;

2. Construction engineering survey and design enterprises;

3. Design and construction integrated enterprise;

4. Real estate development enterprises;

5. Real estate appraisal agencies;

6. Property service enterprises;

7. Landscaping enterprises;

8. Engineering supervision enterprises;

9, the project bidding agency;

10, engineering cost consulting enterprise;

1 1, urban planning unit;

12, engineering quality testing institutions, etc.

Unit qualification is the relevant documents and certificates that the unit meets the relevant industry regulations and proves its production capacity. There are generally two kinds of qualifications: first, business qualifications, such as business license of enterprise legal person, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, production license, etc. The other category is competence qualification, such as corresponding qualification certificates issued by local, national, professional institutions and trade associations, such as engineering contracting enterprise qualification, high-tech enterprise certificate, and enterprise 3a credit rating certificate. The qualification standards of construction enterprises and enterprises with corresponding qualifications can undertake the specific scope of the project, which shall be formulated by the competent department of housing and urban-rural construction of the State Council in conjunction with the relevant departments of the State Council. The state encourages enterprises that have obtained the qualification of general contracting of construction to operate labor service enterprises solely or by holding shares.

Article 2 Enterprises owned by the whole people, collectively owned enterprises, joint ventures, foreign-invested enterprises and other enterprises established within the territory of China that meet the requirements of enterprise legal persons shall apply for enterprise legal person registration in accordance with the relevant provisions of national laws, regulations and these Detailed Rules. Article 3 Enterprises operating as enterprises and scientific and technological social organizations engaged in business activities that are no longer funded by the state shall apply for registration as enterprise legal persons if they meet the requirements of enterprise legal persons. Article 4 The following enterprises and business units that do not meet the requirements of enterprise legal person shall apply for industrial and commercial registration:

(1) Joint venture;

(2) Branches of an enterprise as a legal person;

(3) Branches established by foreign-invested enterprises;

(four) other units engaged in business activities.
