On the afternoon of June 30th, under the careful planning of Head Nurse Rebecca, Head Nurse Wang Hongxia, Teacher Zhang Fan and Teacher Pingping Zhang of Rehabilitation Psychology Department of Orthopedic Center, the nursing sisters held an interesting group building activity in the joint surgery classroom. This activity further enhanced the team cohesion and effectively released the physical and mental pressure of nursing sisters.

At the beginning of the activity, Head Nurse Wang Hongxia introduced the matters needing attention in this group building activity. With the development of the first round of "Peach Blossom" game, everyone became relaxed and natural from the initial tension, and the sisters who successfully held the group were extremely excited, while the sisters who were "alone" did not feel lonely, and generously showed their talents to everyone, and the atmosphere gradually warmed up.

Two games, "Heart with Qian Qian Knot" and "Growing Five", pushed the activity to a climax.

In the game "Heart and Qian Qian's Knot", we found that no matter how complicated this knot is, as long as Qi Xin makes concerted efforts, * * * will eventually be solved. The childlike game "Growth Five" made everyone realize the interesting process of evolution from "egg" to "person". In addition to their own efforts, their growth is inseparable from the help and support of people around them. The sisters who were the first to "evolve" successfully did not hesitate to help their unsuccessful sisters. Even if evolution didn't succeed in the end, they felt satisfied and happy.

The 90-minute happy time passed quickly, and everyone was still wanting more. Some sisters lamented that it was not so easy for a long time, as if they had returned to a carefree childhood. Some sisters felt the trust and help of their peers in the process of participating in the game and choked several times; Some sisters felt the warmth and happiness brought by the collective, leaving tears of emotion. ...

At the end of the activity, head nurses Wang Hongxia and Yan Wang made concluding remarks, thanking this unique group building activity, which made us relaxed and happy in our usual busy work, and also made us realize the infinite strength of the team.
