For the first time, this project has realized photovoltaic construction in intertidal zone of tidal flat. Zhejiang Branch and Yuhuan Power Plant creatively put forward a full-time construction scheme for the muddy intertidal zone along the southeast coast, and built a Huaneng ecological cofferdam with a length of 10 km with independent innovation patent technology. Through the implementation of water storage in blocks, the problem of continuous construction due to tidal influence was solved, and the transportation efficiency was improved.

Fully optimizing the selection of pile foundation and the layout of photovoltaic modules not only improves the safety factor, but also effectively controls the cost, laying the foundation for cheap internet access. During the construction period, Huaneng attached great importance to ecological protection. In view of the invasion of Spartina alterniflora, an aquatic plant in the original beach, a special plan was formulated to carry out ecological control simultaneously.
