The main responsibilities of Yangjiang Local Taxation Bureau

(1) Implement national taxation policies, various taxation laws, regulations and rules, and study and formulate specific implementation methods for the collection and management of local taxes and fees in this city.

(2) Responsible for the collection and management of local taxes, education surcharges, social insurance premiums, cultural undertaking construction fees and other fees stipulated by the Provincial People's Government.

(3) Implement the collection management system and inspect and supervise the implementation of the system.

(4) Responsible for tax administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation.

(5) Inspect and supervise the implementation of national tax laws, regulations and rules by local tax authorities and their staff.

(6) Organize publicity and theoretical research on tax policies and regulations.

(7) Responsible for the tax planning, accounting, statistics and invoice management of the local tax system.

(8) Manage the personnel, labor wages, organizational establishment and funds of the local tax system in accordance with the authorization or authority.

(9) Responsible for the ideological and political work, spiritual civilization construction and education and training of the local tax team.

(10) Undertake other matters assigned by the superior local tax authorities and the people's government at the same level.
