It is understood that centralized rectification of food production links will be carried out, focusing on pastries, alcoholic beverages, meat products, convenience foods and other key varieties that are consumed more by the public and have higher risks. Large food production enterprises, which have repeatedly The focus will be on unqualified enterprises, small food processing workshops, and high-risk food production enterprises with concentrated complaints and reports, and efforts will be made to rectify problems such as poor production environment and sanitary conditions, high risk of cross-contamination, lax process control, and unknown sources of raw and auxiliary materials.
