Many people like to make plans for themselves before doing things, which is a good habit. Making a plan can let us know better what we need to do and how long it will take.
But most people don't succeed, not because they don't have a plan, but because they are constantly discounted in the process of completion. For example, if what they plan to finish in one hour is delayed for two hours and three hours, then the subsequent plans will be disrupted because of the delay, leading to the butterfly effect, which will lead to the overall disorder of the whole plan and will not have a good ending.
So, how to fight procrastination? Although I haven't done well in this respect, I want to give you some suggestions based on my years of experience and the good momentum of slight improvement:
First, instead of being annoyed that you just didn't grasp it, it is better to start working hard from this moment.
There is a saying that the earliest time is when it is too late.
One of the things I used to do most often was to think about what I did during the day before going to bed at night, but often it turned out to be another day wasted.
So I will blame myself, why is it always like this, and my feelings finally sublimate into "I feel like a bad person." After discovering his nature, he began to toss and turn and couldn't sleep. He didn't fall asleep until early morning, and he couldn't get up early the next day. Today's plan has been ruined again.
In the long run, this vicious circle is not a big deal, but it always tortures itself and cannot extricate itself.
But one day, I suddenly felt as if I had been knocked on the top of the skull by a bodhisattva, and I thought, instead of blaming myself all the time, it is better to grasp it from now on.
For example, I wasted all my time from 10: 30 this morning, and now I'm going to eat at 1 1: 00, so why can't I spend the last half hour reading an article?
Many people don't pay attention to spare time, but forget that what you have the most every day is spare time.
Use five minutes to recite, maybe the whole person will become more confident and tell myself that I didn't waste these five minutes.
And there are too many such five minutes in a day. If we can seize these scattered time, the benefits will not be mentioned for the time being. At the very least, you will give yourself the confidence to grow, which will help you fight procrastination.
Second, forgive yourself and don't dwell on the past.
The story that sheep are late to mend is almost known to all women and children, but few people have really implemented it. "Duo" seems to be a broken experience in life.
Poisonous chicken soup is often more reasonable than chicken soup. You don't know what will happen if you don't work hard.
But if you don't work hard, things will get worse. Is it really comfortable for people who lead a drunken life? I don't know. Anyway, for me, I prefer the day of full struggle. Lack of sleep has a headache, and too much sleep also hurts. A gentleman is moderate, and a gentleman is in the middle.
You can look back at the past at any time, but don't stay in the past and come out. Don't indulge in the sadness of the past, and don't sleep in the joy of the past.
Not thinking about the past and not being afraid of the future is the long-term way.
Third, exercise your self-control.
I read a book called Self-control in my early days. The general content is that people's self-control is not innate, and it can be cultivated as long as the mind wants it. The main component in the brain is gray matter. The more gray matter in the area that dominates self-control, the stronger your self-control.
So, how can we increase that piece of gray matter? Scientific research shows that gray matter can flow.
When you deliberately exercise to develop an area, the gray matter will be concentrated in that area.
Therefore, in daily life, we can exercise and strengthen our self-control through meditation, recording, summarizing and practicing. Every time it succeeds, the gray matter of that piece will gradually increase.
For example, if you need to quit smoking, you can put cigarettes in all parts of your home to remind yourself not to smoke. After a long time, you can control your desire for tobacco, and your addiction will not be so great.
Similarly, if you want to get rid of procrastination, you should start with small things, such as washing socks today, but from morning till night, from today to tomorrow, you always want to procrastinate.
It's better to cheer up and force yourself to finish it at once. After all, washing socks is just a trivial matter, and it is not difficult to finish it.
But if you do more such little things, you can achieve the effect of exercise and improve your self-control, so it will be much easier to kill procrastination.
Fourth, do what you like.
Will you be late if the male god asks you for a walk?
If the morning urine urges you, will you stay in bed If someone told you that you can get 10 thousand yuan when you get up at four o'clock every day, would you still feel sleepy?
When a person faces something he likes, where can he have procrastination?
In the end, what you put off didn't touch your G-spot at all. When we face a thing and show a very strong desire and gain heart, your performance will be surprisingly satisfactory.
There is a saying that love is enough to resist the whole world. When you really love something, you are willing to do whatever you are asked to do.
