Basketball teams and basketball associations are required: notify participants to wear uniforms at the opening ceremony and organize figure basketball performances.

National flag guard is required: to maintain order on site.

Requires college student art troupe: arrangement of on-site etiquette personnel, opening performance.

Broadcast station required: broadcast script, player representative’s oath, leadership speech, referee representative’s oath, host’s speech.

Photography Association and DV Association are required: responsible for on-site photography and videography.

Need to contact the Student Union: on-site decoration for the opening ceremony and delivery of invitations.

(4) Activity Process

1. Before the opening ceremony begins, the Blue Team and the Basketball Association must be responsible for the orderliness of the on-site formation and on-site discipline.

2. When everything is ready, the etiquette staff must invite the leaders to the scene.

3. The host gave a welcome speech and asked the leaders to take their seats.

4. The team enters the venue.

5. The host introduces matters related to the competition and the purpose of the activity.

6. The host invites leaders to speak, player representatives to speak, and referee representatives to speak.

7. Opening ceremony performance.

8. The leader delivers the ball and announces the official start of the basketball game.

9. The host delivers a speech and asks the leaders to leave and watch the game.

4. Precautions

1. Each department needs to clarify its respective tasks and maintain on-site order.

2. Participants must be notified in place and must not miss the opening ceremony.
