Notice of the Traffic Police Brigade of Weihui Public Security Bureau on restricting the passage of trucks and other vehicles on some roads in Weihui City

In order to strengthen the management of urban road traffic order, reduce traffic accidents, reduce motor vehicle pollution emissions, and strengthen the prevention and control of air pollution, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Air Pollution Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, some urban roads in our city restrict the passage of trucks and other vehicles. Combined with the actual situation of urban roads, the restrictions on traffic are hereby notified as follows:

I restricted access areas

1 north, S 10 1 provincial road.

2. West of Baota East Road.

3. East side of G107 National Highway.

4. East of Yang Zhai Road.

5. West of Yang Zhai Road and east of Shiwu High-speed Railway.

6. South of Bigan West Road.

7. South of Hedi Road on the north side of Weihe River in Weihui City.

Second, limit the types of vehicles.

1, one-ton multi-fuel vehicle;

2. Dangerous goods vehicles, low-speed trucks, agricultural tricycles and tractors;

3. Special operation vehicles and wheeled mechanical vehicles burning diesel oil.

The above vehicles are prohibited from passing in restricted areas for 24 hours.

Iii. Application under special circumstances

Vehicles that need to enter the restricted traffic area due to economic construction and people's livelihood services need to go through the traffic procedures and pass according to the traffic route.

4. Vehicles with unrestricted traffic

1, military vehicles, police cars, special vehicles for fire fighting, rescue and engineering rescue;

2. The exterior of the car body shall be painted with uniform signs of special vehicles such as electric power, communication, water supply, gas supply, heat, lighting, municipal sanitation, road cleaning, postal service, etc.

Five, in violation of the above provisions, according to the law to take on-site investigation, monitoring and other ways to deal with.

Six, this notice shall come into force as of 202 1 10 15.

As of the date of implementation of this notice, the previous restrictions shall be abolished.

If the scope of traffic restricted areas and vehicle types change, the department will inform you separately.
