The former headquarters of the New Fourth Army was located in Yunling, 25 kilometers west of Jingxian County. From July of 1938 to June of 194 1 year, the headquarters of the New Fourth Army moved here from Yan Temple in Shexian County. The military headquarters is located in a natural village 13 km long between Yunling and Gu Si. The military headquarters is located in Luo Li Village. The former site used to be the manor of two landlords, one called "Mozhong Garden" and the other called "Dafudi". It consists of 7 1 house, a building and a small garden. Ye Ting, Xiang Ying and Zhou Zikun all live here. When Vice President Zhou Enlai visited Yunling, he also stayed at the "Planting Ink Garden".

The military auditorium is located in Chenci Hall, one kilometer west of the village, with a building area of 2,900 square meters. It is a wooden stage in the front hall, where the military holds various large-scale meetings and performances. Vice President Zhou Enlai made an important report on the Current Situation and Tasks of the New Fourth Army here. Now it is the exhibition room of revolutionary cultural relics in the memorial hall of the New Fourth Army.

The military repair shop is located in Guandi Temple, one kilometer west of Luo Li Village. This temple has a beautiful appearance and spacious houses. There is a beautifully carved flower theater in front of the main hall, and many anti-Japanese slogans are hung on the wall.

The Central Southeast Bureau is located in Dingjiashan Village at the foot of Yunling Mountain. The residence is three bedrooms, and the former site is well preserved.

There is a small bridge over Yezi River, which is 0/00 meters away from Luo Li Village/KLOC-. This is Ye Ting Bridge. Ye Ting Bridge used to be a temporary wooden bridge built by villagers with a few small trees, and pedestrians were extremely unsafe. After the New Fourth Army entered, Commander Ye Ting personally directed the design and construction of a brand-new flat bridge. Ye's feelings about the illness deeply touched the villagers, who changed the original name of the bridge to "Yeting Bridge".

The former site of the New Fourth Army in Yunling has been listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit.
