Notice on further strengthening the control of external vehicles and personnel during the epidemic prevention and control period

Currently, the province’s epidemic prevention and control measures The control situation remains severe and complex. In the past few days, our county has implemented various prevention and control measures in a practical and detailed manner and achieved phased results. However, work has found that some private cars are still suspected of carrying people from epidemic-related areas into our county or transporting people from epidemic-related areas to our county. At the county border, the passengers in the car then entered our county on foot around the trail, which brought great hidden dangers to the county's epidemic control work. In order to effectively curb the flow of vehicles and people, further regulate the entry and exit of external vehicles and people, and effectively block the transmission of the epidemic, the relevant matters are urgently announced as follows:

1. It is strictly prohibited for private cars to use carpooling, hitchhiking, or chartered cars We will carry passengers from Tianjin, Anyang and other key epidemic-related areas into our county or transport people to the border areas of adjacent counties.

2. All taxis are only allowed to operate within the county area, and drivers and passengers are prohibited from picking up passengers in epidemic-related areas.

3. The "pass" policy will continue to be implemented for freight vehicles entering our county. All checkpoints must be well connected and coordinated to ensure that the tracks of entering and exiting vehicles are clear.

4. All townships, towns, communities, and village groups should strengthen the control of foreign vehicles. If foreign vehicles enter the jurisdiction, they must be checked by personnel on duty. Vehicles and people who do not meet the entry and exit requirements must be refused. Entering the jurisdiction; vehicles and persons who refuse to cooperate with the inspection or are suspicious must be reported immediately to the township epidemic prevention and control headquarters for disposal.

Anyone who violates the above regulations or refuses to listen to dissuasion, refuses to obey control or even hinders epidemic prevention and control staff from performing their duties will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

This notice will be effective from 24:00 on January 15, 2022. The time for lifting control will be announced separately depending on the situation of epidemic prevention and control.
