(1) All inspection equipment and measuring instruments must have a card or ledger, and designated personnel shall be responsible for the storage, use, maintenance and calibration.
(2) Inspection equipment and measuring instruments used for production and inspection must be calibrated by a dedicated person and sent to the metrology department for verification in accordance with relevant national regulations. They can only be used after passing the inspection. After verification, the inspection equipment and measuring instruments should be affixed with a certificate of conformity and a specified period of use.
(3) Provide training to employees in order to ensure that employees understand the correct usage methods and the implementation of maintenance and correction work. If new employees need to use inspection instruments and gauges before attending the training, the unit will send someone to explain it first.
(4) Inspection instruments and gauges should be placed in a suitable environment (avoid direct sunlight, suitable temperature), and users should perform inspections according to correct usage methods. After use, accessories, if any, should be returned to their original positions and the gauge should be stored in an appropriate box if possible.
(5) Maintenance aspects
1. The user is responsible for implementation.
2. It should be kept clean before and after use and avoid collision.
3. Maintenance cycle Carry out regular maintenance and keep records.
4. If any abnormalities such as functional failure or damage occur to the inspection instrument gauges, they should be immediately sent to specialized technicians for repair.
5. Electronic instruments that have not been used for a long time should be plugged in and turned on regularly.
6. In principle, all maintenance work shall be carried out by the company's existing personnel. If it cannot be carried out by ourselves due to technical or special methods, it shall be entrusted to other institutions with complete equipment. Assistance, but a maintenance certificate or equivalent certificate is required.
(6) Relevant corrections
1. The above-mentioned relevant departments are responsible for implementation and keeping records, but corrections must be made before, after or during use. , it can be implemented by the user at any time.
2. Regular calibration: Schedule implementation according to the calibration cycle.
3. Temporary correction:
(1) If the user finds that the gauge is inaccurate during use, it should be corrected immediately.
(2) If inspection equipment and measuring instruments malfunction or are damaged, they must be calibrated before they can be used after repair.
(3) When the loan is recovered.
(4) After calibration of inspection instruments and gauges, if their precision or accuracy still does not meet the implementation needs, they should be immediately sent to specialized technicians for repair.
(5) If it is impossible to calibrate by yourself due to technical or equipment difficulties, a nationally recognized measurement and verification unit shall be entrusted to perform calibration on your behalf, and a calibration certificate must be required.
(6) If inspection instruments and gauges are deemed to need to be replaced with new ones after being appraised by specialized technical personnel, or if new or additional items must be purchased due to actual needs of the inspection work, the use department may do so according to the requirements. The company stipulates purchase requests.
