Detailed Rules for Prevention and Control of Coal Mine Rock Burst is a book published by Coal Industry Press on June 20 18. The writer is the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.

This book consists of six chapters. Chapter I General Provisions, Chapter II General Provisions, Chapter III Prediction, Monitoring and Effect Inspection of Impact Danger, Chapter IV Regional and Local Scouring Measures, Chapter V Safety Protection Measures for Rock Bursts, and Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions.

This book is subdivided into eighty-seven articles, which have been deliberated and passed at the 1 4th director's office meeting of the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety on April 20 18, and come into force on August 2065438 16. The Interim Provisions on Safe Mining of Rock Burst Coal Seam and the Trial Code for Prediction and Prevention of Rock Burst issued by the former Ministry of Coal Industry shall be abolished at the same time.

In order to strengthen the prevention and control of coal mine rockburst, effectively prevent rockburst accidents, and ensure the safety of coal mine workers, the detailed rules for the prevention and control of coal mine rockburst are formulated in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, rules and normative documents such as the Law on Safety in Production, the Law on Mine Safety, the Special Provisions of the State Council on the Prevention of Coal Mine Production Safety Accidents, and the Regulations on Coal Mine Safety.

Coal mine disaster prevention measures

1, strengthen the publicity and education of geological disasters, governments at all levels and relevant departments should attach great importance to the prevention and control of geological disasters in coal mines, carry out various forms of coal mine geological disasters prediction and put forward prevention and control measures.

2, rational development and utilization, strengthen the prevention and management of geological disasters, improve people's awareness of environmental protection, avoid or reduce the occurrence of geological disasters in coal mines.

3, improve the ability of building disaster prevention, reduce geological disasters in coal mines, under the guidance of science and technology, improve the quality of building materials and masonry of residential buildings in coal mining areas, and enhance the firmness of foundation and superstructure. Improve the overall disaster resistance of residential buildings, strengthen the rectification and management of farmers' construction teams, adjust measures to local conditions, and focus on training the construction leaders in disaster resistance knowledge.

4, the establishment of ventilation system, reduce the mine gas explosion, whether state-owned, collective coal mines, or individual small coal mines, should strictly abide by the provisions of the "coal mine safety regulations", equipped with sufficient air volume, the implementation of mechanical ventilation, partition ventilation, upward ventilation, the establishment of gas inspection system, timely treatment of overrun and gas accumulation in mines.
