In response to the above-mentioned problems, the following measures will be taken to manage them: a large-scale safety production inspection will be conducted on key units within the community through inspection, rectification, and supervision. (3) Elevator disrepair problem

(4) The problem of aging fire protection facilities

There are safety hazards in fire protection facilities in 26 communities. The main manifestations are: fire pumps are aging and cannot be used; fire protection circuit systems (sound and light alarm/ Smoke sensor/temperature sensor/hand alarm/dismissal alarm/electric valve, etc.) are paralyzed; pipeline water pressure is insufficient; fire protection equipment is lost (missing), etc.

(5) The problem of aging underground pipe networks

There are 27 residential areas with the problem of aging underground pipe networks. These underground pipe networks for water, electricity, gas, communications, etc., which are closely related to residents' lives, have been buried underground for a long time and have naturally aged and corroded. If not discovered and dealt with in time, they can easily cause problems such as road collapse, pipe leakage, and blockage. During the rainy season, it is more likely to cause water accumulation on roads and even urban flooding.

(6) Problems with debris piled at high places

The problem of wall peeling in Yinzhou Apartment is very urgent. Similar to the Yinzhou Apartment where peeling off walls poses a risk of falling objects hitting people, there are also Yayuan, Seaview Garden, Sunshine New Garden, etc.

If commercial housing maintenance funds need to be used, and if the funds are sufficient and can be used normally, our bureau will send a copy to the property rights unit and property management company in the form of a special document.
