I am mainly responsible for the planned immunization work in the community. As a community cadre, I always strictly demand myself, work hard, wait and wait, and actively complete various tasks.

1. Raise awareness and intensify the propaganda of planned immunization.

Since accepting the immunization work, in order to effectively increase the publicity of planned immunization, we have posted two propaganda slogans and three articles in a prominent position along the street in our jurisdiction, mainly targeting tuberculosis and polio.

According to the distribution characteristics and work requirements of the community population, we set up an inoculation point in Yan 'an Xincun Community Health Service Station to distribute sugar pills free of charge to children from two months to four years old and people under 15 years old and make detailed records, which laid a solid foundation for future data statistics.

3. Do a good job in the household.

Since being assigned to work in the community, the top priority of the work is to conduct a thorough investigation of all residents in the area. I was assigned to Lane 1 and Lane 2 of Taihe Road, with 20 yards and 32 households. In order to get familiar with the environment as soon as possible. After mastering the basic situation of residents in the area, I make a thorough investigation of these residents every day. I never slack off my working hours, seize the time, earnestly carry out the household work, and complete the household task on time every day. In the process of entering the household, we found some problems. For example, there is an out-of-school girl at No.29 South Second Lane and No.2 Attached Lane 12. We reflected this situation in detail to the community. After the working group and community cadres visited the home again to understand the situation, both girls had a strong desire to go to school, so they did ideological work for their parents, and now they have solved the problem of going to school for two out-of-school girls.

In the process of entering the household, through talking with the residents, the residents reported that five lanes in Taihe Road area had been without water for many days, and my team leader and I immediately reported the situation to the community. The reason of water cut-off is that the tap water pipeline is shallow and the pipeline freezes, which leads to water cut-off The community negotiated with the water company in time, and the water company promised to treat the pipeline after the snow melted.

In order to cooperate with the working group to complete the community public opinion survey, I and other community cadres gave up their rest time, distributed 85 ethnic education publicity materials and questionnaires to residents in the jurisdiction, and recovered 78 questionnaires within the specified time, which successfully completed this work.

In the process of digital community entry, in order to ensure the smooth completion of community entry, I often work overtime without regrets and earnestly complete the task of reading 25 meters per person per day arranged by the team leader.
