1. The production and sale of three-wheeled motorcycles is prohibited within the Sixth Ring Road. All electric tricycles sold in this city must meet national standards and be registered with the city's industrial and commercial administration department before they can be sold. Those without registration are prohibited from being sold within this city. For three-wheeled motorcycles that are not included in the national "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products", the traffic management department of the public security organ will not process registration, will not issue a license plate, and will be prohibited from driving on the road. To purchase a three-wheeled motorcycle that meets the registration conditions, you must register with the traffic management department of the public security organ and obtain a license plate.

2. Motorized wheelchairs for disabled people included in this city's "Catalogue of Environmentally Friendly Motorized Wheelchairs for Disabled Persons Approved for License Issuance" will be sold at designated locations within the Sixth Ring Road. The administrative departments for industry and commerce, the traffic management departments of the public security organs, and the Disabled Persons' Federation, in line with the principles of facilitating the purchase of disabled people and conducive to supervision and management, in the six districts of the city (East, West, Chao, Hai, Feng, and Shi) *** Also determine the designated sales unit.

3. Motorized wheelchairs for persons with disabilities that are not included in the city's "Catalogue of Environmentally Friendly Motorized Wheelchairs for Disabled Persons Approved for Issuance of Licenses" will not be registered by the traffic management department of the public security organ, will not be issued licenses and will be prohibited from driving on the road. For qualified disabled people, the traffic management department of the public security organ is allowed to register a motorized wheelchair for disabled people.

4. The industrial and commercial administration department, the quality and technical supervision department, and the traffic management department of the public security organ shall take action against illegal acts and illegal assembly and unauthorized modification of the above-mentioned vehicles in this city. 5. Three-wheeled motorcycles are prohibited on roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) of this city.

6. Driving a motorized wheelchair or a three-wheeled motorcycle for persons with disabilities who commits the following illegal acts shall have the vehicle detained by the traffic management department of the public security organ:

The traffic management department of the public security organ will not return the vehicle until the formalities are completed; if the party concerned fails to provide legal certificates for the detained vehicle within 30 days, fails to complete the corresponding procedures, or does not come to accept processing, the traffic management department of the public security organ will not return the vehicle after being notified by the traffic management department of the public security organ and has been announced for 3 months. 8. From the date of issuance of this notice, this city will suspend the approval and registration of three-wheeled motorcycle sales and repair business projects.
